You will be advised of the team assigned to your particular iniatitive, and can expect a well-defined process for execution. Normally we go in for an intense 3 days with staff from procurement, mainte-nance, operations, warranty, IT - as many of those people as need to be involved. Out of that comes a detailed document on how their data needs to be handled in order to best meet their business practices as well as their internal operations. We call this our Discovery Process.
